Bulk Cancellation in Pike13

Managing schedules efficiently is key to running a smooth business, and sometimes, plans change. Whether you’re facing a staff shortage, need to close for a holiday, or there’s an unforeseen event, Pike13's Bulk Cancellation feature is designed to make handling these changes quick and painless.

What is Bulk Cancellation?

Bulk Cancellation allows business owners and managers to cancel multiple events in one go—whether it's for a specific time frame, an entire day, or based on specific filters like services or instructors. Instead of manually canceling events one by one, this powerful feature streamlines the process, saving you valuable time and ensuring your clients stay informed.

Key Benefits

  • Time-Saving: Cancel an entire day or set of services with just a few clicks. No need for tedious manual adjustments.
  • Flexible Filtering: Target exactly what you need to cancel. Filter by services, staff, locations, or rooms (if enabled) to make sure you're only canceling the events that need it.
  • Client Communication: Notify enrolled clients automatically, keeping everyone in the loop with a personalized message.

Important Note: Cancellations Cannot Be Undone

While Bulk Cancellation is designed for efficiency, it’s important to double-check your details before confirming. Once events are canceled, they cannot be restored. However, you can manually add canceled events back to the schedule if needed.
