Now that you’ve explored Pike13’s features for managing products, services, clients, and staff, it’s time to step into the client’s shoes and experience the workflow from their point of view. We invite you to visit Ford Creek Music, our fictional business showcasing Pike13’s widgets in action! Follow the steps below to sign up for a class just like a real client would.
Steps to Complete the Client Workflow:
Visit the Ford Creek Music Marketing Site:
At Pike13, we will refer to your business website as your “Marketing Site,” while the “Client-Facing Site” and “Staff-Side Site” will refer to the different parts of your live Pike13 platform.
- Go to Ford Creek Music and check out the services offered.
- Pick a Class or Appointment to Enroll In:
Browse through the classes or appointments available on the Ford Creek Music site. When you find one that interests you, click the Enroll or Book button (depending on the type of service). This will then take you to Ford Creek Music's Pike13 site, directly on the appointment or class you were just looking at!

Create an Account:
Tip: Use a different email address than the one associated with your Pike13 trial account for this exercise.
- After Looking at the service page, scroll down, and click on the Enroll Button, and you’ll be prompted to create a new account.
Fill Out Ford Creek’s Custom Field:
As part of the sign-up process, you’ll notice a custom field asking for your preferred Instrument. Fill this out and complete the form by clicking Sign Up!
Complete Your Enrollment:
Because Ford Creek Music offers a Complimentary Pass to all new clients, you’ll be able to use it to enroll in the class or service you selected.
This experience allows you to gain a direct understanding of the client-side workflow in Pike13, highlighting the simplicity of signing up, enrolling in services, and engaging with your business. It also provides valuable insights into the overall feel and usability of your site from a client's perspective.
